As a dynamic planning and marketing strategist, Layla is particular in
content-building, programme design, market segmentation and market outreach for all the programmes that she oversees with special
focus on sponsorship opportunities, connecting with major corporations, venture capitalists and start-ups for attachment and future business accelerations opportunities.
To this end, she practices due diligence by means of conducting advance full research, surveys and feasibility studies to build up contents and develop programme frameworks to better position the conferences and congresses.
She researched and recommended opinion leaders and industry experts, best suited for the conference and recruited them for speaker engagement and working with these speakers/trainers in producing training synopsis and contents based on market demands.
She has been blessed to engage and work alongside some of the best 50 Thinkers globally. Layla has also formed a special unit group within Titanium Trainers League Pte Ltd along with several companies as partners. This addition to the Titanium Trainers League family has been named Titanium-Phoenix.

Fadilan Abdul Kayong has built a legacy in addiction recovery legacy as he has devoted his life to spreading the message of recovery and helping others find recovery. Fadilan is a person in recovery and a Counselor, Trainer and Ambassador. After getting into recovery in the late 90s, he began challenging the then-popular conviction that people with drug use disorders had to hit rock bottom before they could begin to recover. As a result, he advocated for early intervention— a position that may be one of Fadilan’s most valued legacies.
Fadilan’s work in recovery within the therapeutic committer is just amazing and astounding. His missions with the various global organisations in drug reduction, therapeutic committee and all his efforts touched many whom he have helped in recovery and now he has expanded his contributions to helping individuals further by starting an organisation, Ministry of Recovery with a vision to be the epi-centre for recovery and collaborating with local and global social entreprise organisations to synergise efforts. His achievements are many. He has achieved sobriety for 28 years now and he is a Counsellor in recovery. For the last 5 years he has been busy with 11 rehabilitation centres in Malaysia and he is also now attached to the Singapore Anti NarcoticAssociation(SANA),a Singapore government assisted organisation.

Kelvin Ong is a partner at Tito Isaac & Co LLP, a medium-sized law firm, which counts major insurers (Great Eastern), pre-schools (Modern Montessori), fast food chains (KFC), luxury car providers and financial institutions (UOB, Maybank) as part of its notable and ever-growing clientele.
He was ranked 8th nationwide in the Singapore bar examinations and has cut his teeth at several large law firms in Singapore.
Primarily a court litigator, he is able to render professional assistance in both contentious and non-contentious areas and matters including but not limited to credit recovery, matrimonial, criminal, defamation, real estate, employment, construction, negligence, shareholder issues as well as the drafting and review of various agreements.
Kelvin also serves in grassroot organisations, MCST corporations, and is advisor to private educational institutions.

Patrick is an ‘O’ Level graduate of Seng Kang Secondary School, year of 2012. He was astudent in Singapore Polytechnic pursuing a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, but decided to leave school to pursue other interests.
Being the Vice-Captain of his Secondary School Basketball team allowed him to develop his leadership skills. Patrick also was an ex-competitive gamer, and was the Captain for his team in inSidious Gaming. He is now a Division Manager at Aerious eSports, and still hopes to help develop the eSports scene in Singapore.
A creative and analytical individual, he excels at being a problem solver. He has been in both recruitment (Fast Career Recruitment Pte Ltd) as well as sales (FastJobs – Singapore Press Holdings) industries.
During his tenure at Fast Career, he almost excelled instantly due to his flair for talking, as his eloquence helped him secure his seat in the Company. He helped to both enlist new clients as well as service existing ones, ultimately playing a part in the Company’s growth.
Moving on to FastJobs was a tactical move by Patrick to allow more career growth in a more established organisation. Despite having a rather different job scope, Patrick managed to make the best out of his chances and generate sales via his creativity.

PA to Roger Rajan (TM JMS ROGERS)
Sivaranjini Pillai was a team leader in border control during her experience in Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. Her passion lies in being a writer in heart and enjoys creating reference essays and curating education teaching packages for students.
Simplifying complicated things is what she enjoy doing.
Currently, she is in a Post Graduate Program in Singapore Management University. She held 1st Class honours in Criminology and Security Studies in Singapore Institute of Technology. With her vast knowledge in both criminology and immigration border control, JMS Rogers is happy to have such an asset in assisting their daily operations.

Patrick Tan, TEP is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Law Corporation. His areas of practice include general litigation and arbitration, wealth management, real estate and private client matters. He is a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, as well as an accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
In 2005, Patrick was nominated for the Spirit of Enterprise Award in Singapore for founding M/s Patrick Tan & Associates (now known as Fortis Law). In 2007, Patrick steered the firm into becoming the first law firm in Singapore to be accredited with the PrimeLaw Practice Management Excellence Standard awarded by the Law Society of Singapore. It is also the first law firm to be awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award 4 times in a row from 2010 to 2013 by the Law Society of Singapore.
In 2017, Patrick was awarded the Skillsfuture Study Award (Legal Sector) and successfully completed the SAL-INSEAD Law Firm Leadership Programme conducted by INSEAD. In 2018, Patrick was appointed as an Independent Director of Singapore public listed company Eneco Energy Ltd.
Patrick speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, running, swimming, cycling and travelling.
